Adrienne L. Lee is the Founder + CEO of NovaHeart A Touch of Care, a woman-founded home care company built from a vision of making care feel more personal, compassionate, and intentional. With a strong foundation in healthcare administration, patient-centered care, and healthcare operations, Adrienne brings both professional knowledge and firsthand understanding of the importance of dignity, trust, and human connection in the care experience.

Her vision for NovaHeart extends beyond providing quality care. She is building a company where families feel supported, caregivers feel valued, and compassionate service is backed by professionalism, education, and purpose. Through NovaHeart, Adrienne is committed to creating a standard of care that honors the people receiving support as well as the people providing it.

Antwan L. Lee, MSW, serves as Chief Operating Officer of NovaHeart A Touch of Care, bringing a strong foundation in social work, behavioral health, community support, and person-centered service. His professional experience provides a valuable perspective on the social, emotional, and environmental factors that can shape an individual’s care experience.

In his role, Antwan supports care operations, organizational structure, and the development of thoughtful systems that strengthen the experience for clients, families, and caregivers.
