Adrienne L. Lee brings a strong foundation in healthcare administration, leadership, and patient-centered care. With a Master of Health Administration degree and extensive experience in healthcare systems, she is committed to building a care model that prioritizes both quality and compassion.

Her passion for NovaHeart is rooted in both professional knowledge and personal experience, giving her a unique perspective on the importance of reliable, respectful, and emotionally aware care. Through NovaHeart, she is dedicated to establishing a standard of excellence where care is delivered with intention, dignity, and heart.

Antwan L. Lee, MSW

COO + Care Operations

Antwan L. Lee brings a strong background in social work, with advanced education and experience in community support and behavioral health. His insight supports NovaHeart’s emphasis on compassionate, client-centered care and thoughtful service delivery.

In his role, he contributes to operational structure, care coordination, and the overall experience for both clients and caregivers.
