What We Look For

NovaHeart caregivers are warm, dependable, and committed to dignified care.

To join the NovaHeart team, candidates must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Successfully pass a background check and pre-employment screening
  • Communicate professionally with clients, families, and team members
  • Be able to safely assist with mobility support, transfers, and light
  • lifting (up to 50 lbs) using proper safety techniques
  • Be willing to complete NovaHeart’s onboarding and ongoing training
  • Demonstrate emotional maturity, patience, and respect
