To join the NovaHeart team, candidates must:

Be 18 years of age or older

Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Successfully pass a background check and pre-employment screening

Communicate professionally with clients, families, and team members

Be able to safely assist with mobility support, transfers, and light

lifting (up to 50 lbs) using proper safety techniques

Be willing to complete NovaHeart’s onboarding and ongoing training

Demonstrate emotional maturity, patience, and respect
