Our commitment extends beyond the home — it reaches into the community.
NovaHeart’s mission is shaped by a deeper purpose: meaningful impact for the families and communities we serve. Through education and advocacy, we work to advance awareness, support, and access for those navigating Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias.
Community Educator — Alzheimer’s Association
Adrienne L. Lee proudly serves as a Community Educator with the Alzheimer’s Association, supporting education and awareness for individuals, families, and caregivers impacted by Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. Through this role, she helps deliver evidence-based programs that equip communities with the knowledge and tools to navigate cognitive change with confidence.
Statewide Advocacy
Adrienne actively participates in advocacy efforts at the Ohio Statehouse, representing the voices of caregivers, families, and individuals affected by Alzheimer’s. Her involvement supports policies that strengthen caregiver resources, expand access to care, and elevate the standard of dementia support across the state.
NATIONAL ADVOCACY
Alzheimer’s Impact Movement (AIM) Advocacy Forum
Washington, D.C.
Adrienne has been invited to attend the AIM Advocacy Forum, where leaders and advocates from across the country come together to advance policies, strengthen caregiver support, and improve access to resources for those affected by Alzheimer’s and related conditions.
Why This Matters
Through both education and advocacy, Adrienne remains dedicated to ensuring that NovaHeart reflects not only quality care, but a deeper purpose rooted in awareness, compassion, and meaningful impact. When families choose NovaHeart, they are choosing a partner who shows up not only in the home — but in the rooms where decisions are made.
